Our Mission
The United Fire Service Women is a 501c3 non-profit organization, and an affinity employee group of the San Francisco Fire Department. The UFSW is one of the largest affinity groups in the SFFD, with over 300 members who are active duty SFFD, and includes women, men and non-binary members.
